Return Policy
Items purchased from this
site may be returned up to 30 days from the purchase date. ALL pieces, manuals, boxes, must be
returned undamaged and in re-saleable condition. There is a $25
restock fee for missing items. AcuMassager tourmaline pad is
not returable due to health reasons. S&H is NON
REFUNDABLE.
Hemi-Sync CDs must be returned
unopened. If the wrapping is removed no refund will be issued. If a
Hemi-Sync item is defective it will be replaced with the exact same
item.
MentalGames and WildDivine Biofeedback software
will be exchange for the exact same item within 30 days.
If an item is NOT insured and gets
lost in the mail no refund will be issued. BEFORE you return an item,
SEND an email to returns@new-mindmachines.com -- State what it is you
are returning, who you are and how you paid for the machine. You will
receive a confirmation email. You will be informed when your return has
arrived.
If you did not purchase the item
from this site it can not be returned to new-mindmachines.com. You must
return the item to the site you purchased it from.
Refunds:
Payments made through PayPal will be refunded through PayPal. If you
order more than you really wanted ONLY the price of the returned item
will be refunded. Shipping is not refundable. If you pay by check or
money order, your refund will be via money order. If you order several
items you will only receive a refund for the item(s) you are returning.
Non US Residents will only receive
credit card refunds via your PayPal account.
