have a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy. The original
carton and all pieces MUST be returned to receive a full refund.
All orders to a US address are shipped Priority
Mail with Insurance. All orders to other countries are shipped
Express Mail with Insurance.
Shipping Methods to US addresses:
Unless an item is on backorder, all items are shipped within 48 hours of
purchase. Items will be shipped to only one address unless additional
shipping and handling is paid. It is your responsibility to provide the
correct shipping address. If an item is returned because of an incorrect
address you will be charged additional shipping. If you do not pay the
additional shipping only the cost of the item will be refunded. YOUR
shipping address is the address shown on your PayPal account. If you
want an item shipped to a different address include the person's full
name, address and ZIP code in the comments section. If an item is being
shipped outside the US you must pay the additional fee, even if you live
in the US, before the item is shipped.
APO Addresses: APO addresses
are treated the same as a US shipping address. No guarantee on
delivery time.
Items Shipped
to non US addresses: All orders shipped outside the US are
shipped US Express Mail with Insurance. A $45 fee applies regardless of
the price of the item or the number of items.
Customs
Charges - You may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional
charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office
for further information if you are concerned about extra fees. When
ordering from new-mindmachines.com, you are considered the importer of
record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in
which you are receiving the goods . It is illegal to declare any item of
lesser value than the sales price.
Payment Methods:
PayPal (credit
cards, echecks or money transfers), personal check or money order. Items
paid for by personal check are not shipped until 24 hours after the
check is cleared.
Refunds:
If you have paid via PayPal your refund will be issued via PayPal. If
you have paid by personal check or money order your refund will be by
money order payable to the purchaser. There is a restocking fee for
AcuMassager. Due to health reasons pads must be replaced and can not be
resold. Items that are combined, i.e.., Proteus MindMachine and
ThoughtStream biofeedback device, both items must be returned meeting
the above conditions. A $25 service fee is charged for EACH missing
piece. Cost of shipping and handling is NOT refundable. Any returns must
be insured by you. Before you return an item contact
maryann@new-mind.com state your name, what you are returning and your
date of purchase.
Shipping times are approximate
and are not guaranteed by the Post Office.
If you are going to be out of town the week you place an order and the
order is delivered when you are not there, any lost or stolen items
after delivery are your responsibility.
Pricing:
All items are standard internet prices.
Warrantees: All machines have a one year
manufacturer warrantee, Every machine has a product registration card which you
are required to complete and mail or you may register your machine on
line. Hemi-Sync CDs, CD-ROMs and DVDs are NOT returned. If an item is
defective it will be exchanged for the exact same item.
Final Sale Items Only items that display
final sale in your PayPal checkout are not returnable. Final sale items
are clearly market next to the shopping cart button. Final sales are an
infrequent event.
Problematic Orders Please provide a working
email address when you order. If there is a problem with your order you
will be contacted via email. You will NOT receive spam or a "newsletter"
