Breath work and mind machines are designed to help you relax, sleep better
and improve overall performance. Practioners of parana yoga, t'ai
chi, meditation, even la maza classes focus on breath work. To
achieve even more benefit from your mind machine apply these simple
exercises as you use the machine.
The Mind
Machine Energy Breath - to reduce stress
Energy breathing will help reduce stress. During times of stress
a person will inhale frequently and shallowly. Shallow breathing
depletes the vital oxygen supply to the body during the "fight/flight"
episode of stress.
- Select the mind machine program and settings you are most
comfortable with
- Sit or lie down in a comfortable position
- Take a slow deep breath to clam and center yourself
- Inhale through your nose and raise your abdomen about one inch
- Exhale through your mouth like you are blowing out a candle.
Allow your abdomen to fall one inch
- Repeat ten times
- Now continue to enjoy the invigorating experience of the mind
machine

the nose, exhaling slowly through the mouth.
- Imagine your breath as a steady gentle stream of light.
- As the light enters your body imagine every cell, organ and gland of
your body receiving healing energy

negativity out beyond space on time.
