Prices are as indicated on each machine page.  At my discretion I will  meet a competitors price on the EXACT same machine price and shipping.  However, I will not undercut their price. 

Payment Methods:

• US Residents:  PayPal, check or money order,  payable to Maryann Kaczmarek.  Orders are held until personal checks clear the bank. 
• Checks and Money Orders:  CLEARLY print your order and mail it with your payment.  Send me an email with the info.  (use this form) If you are paying by check or money order,  
• PLEASE include the name of the machine you want and the EXACT mailing address including ZIP/Postal code.  Please include your email and phone number in case there is a need to contact you PayPal for credit card processing. 

Repair Policy:  All machines have a one year manufacturer warrantee.  If you need a machine repaired it MUST be sent with insurance to the MANUFACTURER.  Warrantee cards come with the machines. 

Shipping:  Generally orders are shipped US priority mail with insurance to US residents.  If an item is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.  Please include your complete address, for example, 100 Second Avenue/Street/Road/Drive/Way, 100 Second is not a complete address. 

• If you request overnight express, etc. you will billed for additional shipping cost.  An item will not be shipped until you pay the additional S&H charge.
• Shipping time is NOT guaranteed.  If there is a delay in shipping I will notify you.

Return Policy:  Items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.   If you don't like a machine return it and all the pieces in undamaged condition INSURED to Maryann Kaczmarek.   When I receive the machine and all the pieces you will be sent a refund.  S&H is NON REFUNDABLE.  If a piece is missing the retail cost will be deducted from your refund.  For example, if you return a $199 Proteus without the instruction guide, your refund will be $119 - $15 = $184 refund.

Hemi-Sync CDs must be returned unopened.  If the wrapping is removed no refund will be issued.

If an item is NOT insured and gets lost in the mail no refund will be issued.    BEFORE you return an item, SEND an email to  maryann@new-mindmachines.com -- State what it is you are returning, who you are and how you paid for the machine.  You will receive a confirmation email.  You will be informed when your return has arrived.

Refunds:  Payments made through PayPal will be refunded through PayPal. If you order more than you really wanted ONLY the price of the returned item will be refunded.  Shipping is not refundable.  If you pay by check or money order, your refund will be via money order.  If you order a combination package both machines/package items must be returned undamaged in order to receive a refund.

Non US Residents MUST pay additional S&H fees.  Insurance only covers the item while it is in the US.  Once it leave the US it is not covered.  Delivery time is not guaranteed.
