At my discretion I will meet a competitors price on the EXACT same machine price and shipping. However, I will not undercut their price. The following is the fine print in BOLD letters. All machines have a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. Payment Methods:
Repair Policy: All machines have a one year manufacturer warrantee. If you need a machine repaired it MUST be sent with insurance to the MANUFACTURER. Warrantee cards come with the machines. Payment Methods: PayPal for credit card processing. If you do not want to use a credit card you can transfer/send money from your PayPal account, or bank account to my PayPal account. Or, you can pay by certified check or money order PAYABLE to Maryann Kaczmarek, 2856 S. Full Moon Dr., Tucson, AZ 85713. If you are paying by check or money order, PLEASE include the name of the machine you want and the EXACT mailing address including ZIP/Postal code. Please include your email and phone number in case I need to contact you. Generally machines are shipped US priority mail with insurance to US residents. Shipping: If an item is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. Please include your complete address, for example, 100 Second Avenue/Street/Road/Drive/Way, 100 Second is not a complete address. Save Gas Special US residents ONLY
Return Policy: 30 day Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you don't like a machine return it and all the pieces INSURED to Maryann Kaczmarek, 6692 East Escape Ave., Florence, AZ 85232. When I receive the machine and all the pieces you will be sent a refund. S&H is NON REFUNDABLE. If a piece is missing the retail cost will be deducted from your refund. For example, if you return a $199 Proteus without the instruction guide, your refund will be $119 - $15 = $184 refund. If an item is NOT insured and gets lost in the mail I will NOT refund the purchase price. Returning an item insured protects you. BEFORE you return an item, SEND me an email maryann@new-mindmachines.com -- State what it is you are returning, who you are and how you paid for the machine. I will respond to your email. I will let you know when your return has arrived. Refunds: Payments made through PayPal will be refunded through PayPal. If you order more than you really wanted ONLY the price of the returned item will be refunded. Shipping is not refundable. If you pay by check or money order, your refund will be via money order. I do NOT ship outside the US. If you are a non US resident and order a machine, $10 will be deducted from your refund.
