Hypnosis is a gentle, cost
effective way to resolve the same problems that are addressed in
traditional talking therapy. The difference is that while in a
hypnotic state, emotional pain is minimized.
Hypnosis is effective smoking

management, phobias and all addictions. Hypnosis is also
useful for general wellbeing, pain management (when diagnosed by a
physician) and various health issues.
I am a master's level counselor, licensed in the
state of Arizona. I have over 20 years experience as a counselor and
mental health administrator. I offer a combination
of traditional and non-traditional approaches to emotional and spiritual
wellness.

minutes; Guided Imagery/Hypnosis 20 minutes. Session length 1 hour. An
alternative approach to stress management, unlike traditional stress
management programs. Learn to remain clam, relaxed
and peaceful.

Stimulation: increase, energize & balance brain wave activity.
- Mind machine - audio visual stimulation - to
increase energy, achieve deep relaxation and profound states of
awareness. Sessions 1 hour. Always consult your physician before
using any product offered on this site or sites related to it.
Individuals with epilepsy (seizure
disorders), cardiac arrhythmia, brain tumors, brain cancer, traumatic
brain injury (closed head injury), or using powerful psychotropic
medication, illegal drugs or who drink alcohol should NOT use a mind
machine. To do so may be dangerous to you. If you have any other
medical or psychiatric condition consult your physician before using any
product on this site. Photosensitive epilepsy is a relatively rare
condition that can be evoked by flashing lights including those in a
light/sound session. Persons with a known history of epilepsy or have
the potential for a seizure should NOT use light/sound systems. Some
photosensitive persons may never had had a seizure and are unaware of
their condition. Use a mindmachine when you are sitting down or laying
down to avoid injury from falling. Epilepsy is a neurological condition
that can be manifested by flashing light. Use the machines at your own
